Stephen Stochl - President/CEO

With more than two decades of experience working in the landscape industry, Stephen provides his clients with exceptional service, creativity, and value. Through his proven track record of success, clients and colleagues alike appreciate the knowledge, service, and communication that he delivers to every client and their garden. 

Stephen has become a well-respected and sought after landscape professional on the San Francisco peninsula. He has collaborated with many  local landscape architects and contractors, and has taken on multiple roles as a consultant for landscape firms and private estates. Stephen continues to provide insightful landscape consulting to a wide variety of clients across Northern California. 

A Native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Stephen is a graduate of Merritt College Landscape Horticulture Program and also studied business management. In addition, Stephen is also a certified arborist (ISA®), contractor (C-27), and licensed applicator (QAL) in the State of California.

Stephen married his wife in 2008 and welcomed their daughter in 2021. When at home he enjoys to garden and cook, and also enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and snowboarding.
